麥考瑞商學碩士專業(yè)提供世界級的、靈活的、以就業(yè)為導向的和與商業(yè)相關聯(lián)的各種學科課程;課程具有很高的實用性，為學生提供能滿足雇主需求和就職所需的職業(yè)能力;學生可從會計、精算研究、業(yè)務管理與組織、公司治理、經(jīng)濟、財務、金融犯罪與治理、人力資源管理和營銷等學科，并從中選擇一到兩門作為研究方向;同時，各種各樣的選修課程極大地擴展和深化了學生的專業(yè)知識和商務貿(mào)易領域的知識;本專業(yè)允許學生根據(jù)之前的工作經(jīng)驗或最近的學習研究開展學習課題研究;也可以結(jié)合會計碩士(專業(yè))和生物技術碩士給予學生2.5年制的課程，讓學生可以探究感興趣的其它領域和取得會計資格認證的資格，并且，提供涉及一個當代商業(yè)熱點問題的頂級課程和最新研究項目。（*晏同學麥考瑞大學人力資源管理商務成功案例）
